I have been named 2011 Travel Photographer of the Year by TPOTY in London. This is the world’s most prestigious annual award for travel related photography. The jury of fifteen editors, photographers, curators, and educators included Simon Bainbridge, editor of The British Journal of Photography; Manfred Zollner, Managing Editor of fotoMAGAZIN; and Caroline Metcalfe, Director of Photography for Conde Nast Traveller.
